Our personnel is able to carry out sheet metal work and any metal structure that perfectly meets the needs of our customers.

Based in Lallio, in the province of Bergamo, the simple and efficient Carpenteria Meccanica Sorti Flaminio is equipped with a motivated, capable, experienced and highly qualified team composed of staff, administrative and technical personnel, skilled workers who operate machinery and equipment, as well as qualified welders, possessing the necessary qualifications for each type of manufacture, in accordance with the ASME code. The company is home to a technical office equipped with CAD tools, and a commercial and administrative office capable of interacting efficiently and meticulously with management, our production and our warehouse. Our staff consists of a total of 16 employees, such as:

Advanced technology and machinery

Located in Lallio, Carpenteria Meccanica Sorti Flaminio is equipped with an efficient and technologically valid machine park for sheet metal working and other sector operations, which are regularly subjected to preventive maintenance, consisting of:

3 overhead cranes of 15 tons each
6 bridge cranes of 30 tons
4 jib cranes of 2,000 kg
1 75 ton forklift for external handling
1 35 ton forklift for external/internal movement
1 15 ton forklift for internal handling

- calenders for sheets with up to 40x4000 mm in thickness
- calenders for sheet metal with up to 80x3000 mm in thickness

- 2 profile bending rolls with special equipment for bending pipes from ø 3/4 ”to ø 14”
- HEB-IPE beams
- 1 calender adapted for forming the semi-tubes obtained from the Aisi 304/316 strip
- hydraulic upright presses from 100 to 500 tons.
- press brake up to 300 tons.

- 2 submerged arc manipulators with 1200 A generators

- pulsed arc welding machines - STT - TIG.
At the customer's request, the products produced are accompanied by documents certifying the application of WPS and PQR methods for carbon steels - low alloys - stainless steels - Inconel.
